Recovery after a disaster takes time and requires support from various parties. Therefore, PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk, together with Human Initiative, is working to support communities affected by the earthquake in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). The meeting also served as an opportunity to strengthen relations and establish sustainable collaboration.

In collaboration with BPBD (Regional Disaster Management Agency) of Bekasi Regency, Social Service Office of Bekasi Region, TAGANA (Taruna Siaga Disaster) of West Java Province, and Cipta Nusa Cendikia (CNC), the Company created the United Alert for Disaster (BEGANA) in Labansari Village.

BEGANA is a community-based disaster management, aimed to strengthening the community preparedness regarding disaster hazards and risks, forming disaster preparedness networks, and optimizing potential and resources for disaster management. In particular, the BEGANA program involves and equips people of productive ages who care for the surrounding environment and are enthusiastic about natural disaster management.

In 2024, the Company achieved a Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) score of 3.46 out of 4.00 and a Social Return on Investment (SROI) score of 2.86. Both results were based on surveys conducted by a third party and were categorized as good.
